Data Showing Up on Multiple Tabs After Creating A Specific Flow

Hello!

I have created a flow that submits form responses into various tabs on an Excel sheet, which acts as a delivery log for a mailroom. However, my flow still has responses showing up on the original tab even though I had directed the flow to go to specific months. In further context, I made it so based on the month one inputs, it will go to the tab that has the sheet for that specific month. While it does this, all of the responses still appear on the January tab (original sheet) even though there is no explicit automation to go to January.

Please share a flow run, where it should have gone into case 5 or whatever. Do you have something in the Default case?

need to see a run, where you believe it should have gone to 5 for instance, but it wrote to 5 and January.

the flow picture unfortunately isn't enough as it doesn't show us what actually happened at run time.

Based on the info provided, the issue is likely that the Switch action is case-sensitive—meaning "January", "january", and "JANUARY" are treated as different values, your flow appears to go to the default case.
One way to avoid this is to use toUpper or toLower(Current Month) to convert the month value from the MS Forms response to lowercase, and ensure all switch cases are also in lowercase e.g. january
