I am interested if there is a way to use Ui Flow to screen scrape table like this?
I have been using UiPath for some time and I am very interested in this product, but some features are lacking and I understand that product is new but I have a client interested in this and one step of this is to screen scrape a application.

Yes, you can.
Now that Softomotive is part of Power Automate, you can use WinAutomation to perform table data extraction in a UI flow. The integration of WinAutomation with Power Automate is still as its very beginning, so the process should be smoother in the coming months. Here are some links to help you get started:
