Failure Notification Emails

I keep getting emails with a failure notification but when I click on the link in the email to check the flow, the status of the flows says "succeeded" and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. The flow is functioning as it should but I still receive occasional emails stating that "one of your flows has failed". Has anyone else experienced this? I ran a health check on the flow and everything looks fine.

Hi,

Yes, unfortunately those emails are a little misleading - it will actually send out a summary of runs so if it previously failed (even though the most recent runs were successful, you will get the email. Here's a better way to handle failure notifications.

Put your main action inside a Scope action. Anything that fails or times out inside your Scope will trigger an email a notification. Then configure a run-after and set to failed or timed out. This way you will get a custom email that your wrote (you can also capture failed details if you want) but the key here is you will get real-time failure notifications. Best practice.
