Move or copy item from one list to another depending on a criteria

Hello,

I am at wits end. 🙂 I have 2 SP lists ( List 1 and list 2 same fields ). List 2 is empty, I want to check a field in List 1 and if it = the word "work" then create an item in list 2 identical to the one in list 1 and delete the one in list 2 or alternatively just move it from lsit 1 to list 2.

Attached is my flow which is such a simple thing I may be looking at it the wrong way ...

When I run it I get new items in list 2 and I think it is the correct records but they are empty except for 1 field which is repeated the same on all records.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks in advance

    Hi @Michaelfb ,

Could you please show me a screenshot of your ListA and ListB? Private information can be coded.

I'd like to see the types of columns in your list A, so that you can better implement your actual needs.

I've also done a test for your reference.

    My List A:

    Field1 eq 'work'

Yes here are the screenshots.   I created a brand new list 1 and list 2 and when I do a filter query on the get items I cannot get the fields I have entered, it gives me totally different field names and I cannot understand why

List 2 is a copy of list one but I have not even got there yet ..... Look at the fields displayed in the query, I do not understand this

    Thanks

Make sure you are using the correct list in get items. If you are using the coorect list and if your field is Title, just write Title eq 'work' in filter query. Not dynamic content.

Thanks Yes when I use the correctly spelled names I get it to work but that still does not explain what all those stupid fields are that the system picks up when I use the search ..... None of those fields belong to my list so Confucious is running around a bit here .... But by using the name and not the search fundtion I can get it to work

Thanks so far for the assistance

Great guns I now have my test environmnet working exactly as I want it to ....

However I took created a flow over to a live environment and I now have a few issues :

    1.    I can only get 450 items in the get items ( pageanation is on, threshold os 5000, $op is 5000 ) and I cannot find where the limit is

    2.    I have used field_6 and Status ( the field names ) and cannot get it to get to the create stage, however this could be because the first 450 dont comply ( there are 4856 items )

I have spent many hours searching but to no avail with the 450 issue.  The AI does not know either, it says there is another limitation but does not know where

The flow does report as being successful as well

    Thanks

    Michael
