Having tested this successfully on multiple occations, I am getting this error in one of my flows. Any idea why?
The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each_-_Add_all_attachments_to_Sharepoint_item' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@json(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r41fa26475afe4703b7ea8f130a271588'])' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.
Sounds like there was no attached file in your forms.
You could add a condition to check if there was a attachment
