I get strange error when run the flow from model driven app

Hi,

I have created a flow when a row is selected as a trigger. It works for most of the organisation's people but few have trigger issues. When someone tries to run the flow from the driven app, it shows a strange error in the Popup. Please refer to the below screenshot. Help me to resolve this!
