Power Automate not saving files to BOX Folder

Hello, I have a Power Automate flow which saves all the email attachments to a Box Folder. The flow works when I am connected to BOX via my credentials. However it is not working when we are connected to BOX via my customer's credentials. He has the same permissions as me. I am not seeing any errors in the Power Automate. Any help is appreciated. Sridhar

    Dear sramaswamy71,

From what you describe it sounds to me that you are 'sharing' your flow to run with other users' permissions. Therefore my first point of investigation into the error would be to see under what credentials the flow is actually running. This may require you to have a look on the other users' computer to see which connections are actually used when he/she runs the flow.

BTW, it always helps to include screenshots of the error you get for illustration (but remove any sensitive details).

    Happy flowing,

    Koen

    Hello,

I have two screenshots. SR Flow is the one that is working fine. ZK Flow is the one that is failing.

As you can see there are no error messages.

    Dear sramaswamy71,

Thank you, next step I would consider is to see if the action actually works in the flow and via your collegea.

    1. You could create a confirmation step in the flow which actually goes to the box (after you save the file there) and tries to confirm if the file has been created. At least this will make your flow more reliable.
    2. Separately I would see if I can make a simple flow (remove all the rest) to confirm that actually under your collegeas credentials it is possible to save a file to the Box. Preferably without sharing the flow ... create the flow on your collegeas account. As such you can eliminate the question of wheter creation of the file could be due to your collegeas credentials/settings or the 'sharing' element of your flow.
    3. If it turns out to be the sharing element of your flow, you could consider sharing the flow and allow other users to use your credentials for the necessary connection .... or let your IT create a pass-key or something which holds authentication in the URL.

    Hope this helps,

    Happy flowing,

    Koen
