Our company has many meeting rooms set up on Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
For some reasons, I want room alias email to be able to use Power Automate app
so I would like to ask if it is possible to assign an Power Automate app account to a alias room mailbox?

I don't think so because that "user" has no license for Power Automate.
Probably someone from Microsoft can help on this since licensing is a tricky business.
