Hi,
I have built an Flow, its a reccuring job on Dynamics CRM. Checks some value, very light one.But know i want to have the flow visiable so ones an admin checks whats is running on the envoirment. I want my flow to be seen in the admin sites.https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/https://admin.flow.microsoft.com/So they know that there is an flow running. I can only see it on my flow page.
https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/How to make it visiable on the admin sites ? Do i need to create them from a special place or share it on an special way ?
Hi @Anonymous,
There is possible that if you have created your own enviroment that this Flow is sitting here and admins have no access to it. There is a link to description of enviroments - https://docs.microsoft.com/cs-cz/flow/environments-overview-maker
Otherwise admins have full access to each Flow or PowerApp within enviroment they have control over.
P.
No they havent, from witch page are you creating your flows so all of the admins can see them ?
Hello @Anonymous,
I am working directly in https://emea.flow.microsoft.com and as my admins have full control of my enviroments (Global admins of my Office 365 tenant). They can see all Flows that were created.
Even I have 3 enviroments already, like you can see on printcreen, you can switch between them on top right corner of page.
So your saying that the Global Admin can see them in thoose admin sites but i cant as an admin ?
I can also see our 3 envoirments but they are empty. I will check with the global admins if they can see something there.
