Flow to rename uploaded file in M. Forms

Hi,
 
If I have an M.Forms form in which I can upload a file in a question, can I use some flow to change its name every time a file is uploaded, for example with the result of another question?.

    After the form is submitted , you can rename the file.  You can use some logic based on the answers to questions to do so.

    You cannot change the name of the file when it is uploaded.

    Not sure that you need an answer to this any longer but if you only have one file and one file upload then the following should work for you: Automating "File Upload" Filename in Microsoft Forms
