Hello, I'm trying to share a Power Automate workflow. If I have an MS Premium account, can I share it using the existing program without purchasing a separate paid Power Automate license? Or do I need to buy a separate paid license?

Yes, in order to share a Power Automate flow, you need a paid Power Automate license. Previously that was Power Automate per user plan with attended RPA, but after the recent changes it's in Power Automate Premium. When you have that you can share your flows with other users via the Power Automate cloud portal. You can also create a solution in the cloud portal, add your flows to it and then export it as a zipped archive that can then be imported on another account.

If you do not have a paid subscription, the only way to do this is to copy and paste all of the actions of your flow into text files. This will create the code in Robin that can be interpreted by PAD. You can then manually create a flow on the other account and copy and paste that code from text files back to PAD. This needs to be done separately for each sub-flow in your flow.

It is a very manual and tedious process, but that is the only way to "export" flows under the free version of PAD.

I understand the publisher of a flow needs to have the Power Automate premium licence, but does the receiver also need a premium licence? Even though they can only run the flow?
