In share point i need to access the custom library with graph API in power automate , i need to file id to access particular file in the custom library

If you are bound to the Graph API you would be able to use the Get driveItem method for that

Below is an example
You need to find/know the SiteId, DriveId and ItemId to be able to retrieve your file for this approach.

_api/v2.1/sites('@{variables('SiteId')}')/drives/@{variables('DriveId')}/items/@{variables('ItemId')}
