Multiple Flows Disappeared But Still Working - Where are they?

Hello,

I have 2 Cloud flows (only flows I've created) that disappeared, and I can't find them. When I use the trigger (a Microsoft Form submission), the flows seem to be working (a Teams message is posting, email is sending, etc.). Any idea where I can find the flow to edit it, or is there any way I can turn it off so that I can create a new Flow that I can edit. I have not added the flows to a solutions environment.

Thanks for your help!

Hi @AndresRC . Did you try to search on "Shared with me" tab? Greetings.

Hi @ricardox180 , yes, the "Shared with me" tab is empty as well.

This discussion looks like your issue, https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/My-Flow-disappeared/td-p/366091

    Did you try it?

Yes, I tried the suggested solutions in the thread, and they did not work. The solution in that thread stated Microsoft moves flows from "My Flows" to the solutions environment once a flow is attached to a solution environment. Our organization does not have any Solutions Environments, and the Flow has not been added to a solution environment, so this is not relevant. Additionally, someone later in the thread said to check in the PowerApps Admin Center, and under resources, you would be able to view and turn off flows. As you can see below, Flows is not an option in my PowerApps Admin Center.

Other solution could be manage flows with CLI commands. Managing Flows Of Power Automation With Office 365 CLI Commands (c-sharpcorner.com)

You could try using the CLI commands.
