The error message essentially means you are trying to pass multiple values through the switch. You can only pass one value at a time. Is your region value a choice field? If so, you need to pass the one from the dynamic content that shows value after the field (i.e., Region Value).

Yes region value is a choice. Also, can you re-explain what I need to pass? I'm not sure

    Hi @Aye3

As @David_MA  suggested , pass this value in the switch action

    Hi @Aye3

may be for one of the iteration, Region Value is AB that is the reason it send the email - could you confirm what are other values for other items ?

The other values are SK, MB, ON, QC. USA, OTTAWA and AT. I added other cases but I'm receiving an new error.

Based on the error message, one of your list items does not have the region populated. I would make this a required field in your list. Otherwise, add a condition to your flow to check if the field is null. I would have thought the switch would use the default if the value was null, but every time I have used a switch, I have used it on a field that is required.

Region is a required field, I think it has something to do with this:

After I run the flow, I get a blank entry show up on the SharePoint list

I don't think I understand your flow process if the field is required in your list. Is the flow not triggered by the list item? Are you adding these rows to the list as part of your flow? If it is triggered when an item is added to the list, you'll need to figure out how people are adding items without populating the required fields.

Oh sorry, I'm not that good at explaining things lol. My flow is triggered when someone adds a new item to the SharePoint List.
