Boost conversational generative answers OpenAIRateLimitReached

Hey Folks,

I was testing the Boost conversational generative answers feature using SharePoint with AD authentication literally it worked only one time and then I am getting the below error

"An error has occurred. Error code: OpenAIRateLimitReached Conversation Id: "

I have checked the quota limit here but it is unclear

PS: I have a valid PVA license.

This can happen if you exceed your allotted calls for the tenant. If you are the only user of the feature in the tenant, could you open a support ticket?
