Dear PVA Community,
we are trying to build a chatbot for internal use that takes URLs from messages that users have posted, then asks the user a few follow-up questions, and then integrates with MS Power Automate to save these URLs (+ the additional input from users) in a database.
The connection between MS Power Automate and the database, i.e. the whole transferal process works great.
However, we are having difficulties in triggering the PVA in the right way.
We would like the PVA to RECEIVE information from a specific MS Teams channel (e.g., via MS Power Automate intermediary). For example, when somebody on a specific MS Teams channels posts a URL, we are imaging having MS Power Automate check the MS Teams channel. If MS Power Automate sees that a URL has been posted, it will send the posted message (and posted URL) to PVA, and ask PVA to open a private messaging channel with the user that posted the link. PVA will then ask a few follow-up questions. When the process is finished, it will reconnect with MS Power Automate to feed all the information (e.g., URL, post, but also the user inputs, and meta-data such as Time) to a database.
Is there any possibility to trigger the MS PVA in such a way?
Thank you!!
Kind regards,
Aurel
