Hi

I have created a form which first question is multiple choice of 2 options.

I am wanting to create a flow which based of what you answer will trigger an email for either the visit option or the training option, but it is not working as expected can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

It wouldn't let me upload the screen shots into the text so I am hoping you can see them as attachments

    @vwemyss

    I don't see anything obviously wrong with your Flow.

    Here are a few suggestions:

    • Look at the output of the Get Response details in one of your runs.  Does the value for the option column look as expected?
    • There may be an extra space, etc. in your condition.  Delete the text that you entered and re-enter.
    • Put a trim() expression around the option value from Dynamic properties.  Mayber there is a leading or training space there and trim() will fix that.

    Please let me know how it goes

    Just figured the answer out, i changed it to start with and just had the letter V in there and its working, so seems the simpler the better!
