Hello,

I have a SharePoint list forQuality, where I ask to contributors to fill 3 approbators :

I want to add assignation for this 3 approbators automatically:

But when I try, Flow creates an "Apply to each" who blocks the creation of Flow:

Do you have an idea to help me?

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Vincent.

Hi Vincent, please could you try the connector 'start and wait for an approval' with enable notifications turned on. You could also try removing the apply to each section manually. Did you separate the email addresses with semi-colons?

Are you able to share the design of your full flow? I hope this resolves for you.

    Hello JamesDix_n,

    I tried your connector.
But I have the same trouble with him :

I have to add the SharePoint List categories: Pilote_0411 ; ExpertTechnique and ChefdeProjet_0411. The names may vary for each derogations validation workflows. This is why I want to get the informations from the SharePoint List.

    Thnak you,

    Vincent.

Hi Vincent, are you able to describe your Flow in more detail? What's the trigger and what are the steps it takes?

It looks like something earlier on in the flow is causing the nesting but it's hard to tell what.

    Hello,

It is about passing an Excel file of request for deviations for a non-conforming component in SharePoint List.
It is about traceability for the Quality teams.

The goal is that the person who makes the request adds an item by clicking on the "New" button in the SharePoint list.
He fills in about 15 fields useful for the processing of the NC, including the 3 people who will validate that the request is compliant: project manager, technical expert, quality manager.

Thus, when we click on "Save", it creates a new line in the List and it must send an Approvals flow via Microsoft Power Automate/Flow with the desired information to the 3 people previously named for this line. The constraint comes from the fact that they are not always the same people...

Thanks in advance for your help
    Vincent.

Hi Vincent, thanks for the explanation and apologies for the delayed reply. My suggestion would be to have people enter the approvers' email addresses rather than their names. It sounds like your flow would look something like this:

Sharepoint - When an item is created

    |

    Sharepoint - Get items

    |

Start and wait for an approval - use the dynamic content of the approvers' email addresses and have that in the recipients line.

    I hope that helps.
