I am trying to setup a two level approval process for our "Promotions Process". Below is the outline of what I'm trying to build. The flow is working except when it is rejected at one step, it will still send an email that it was approved. I will include screenshots and indicate at what step it is sending the approval email. We are using Forms to pull the data for this flow.
Promotions Process:
1. Manager submits form requesting promotion
2. Flow triggers an approval for department head to approve promotion
3. If the department head approves, this should trigger another approval for the head of HR to approve.
4. If the department head rejects, this should trigger an email to the form submitter and HR letting them know their department head rejected the request.
5. If HR rejects, this should trigger an email to the form submitter, HR inbox, and department head letting them know HR has rejected the request. ***This is the step that will still send an email that it is approved to the form submitter***
This is the first time I'm using Power Automate and I've done lots of research and training, but I'm not finding anything quite this specific.
