JSON error when using switch case

I am trying to create what should be a fairly simple flow using a switch case, but every time the flow runs, I get an error that says "The request failed. Error code: '404'. Error Message: 'The response is not in a JSON format.'."

    Hi @ andymoon,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please explain more details about the error you meet when the flow runs?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned,

The screenshot of my flow as below:

    Capture.PNG

The flow would run successfully as below:

    Capture.PNG

Please share more details so we could provide a proper workaround for you.

    Regards,
    Alice Zhang

    Hi @ andymoon,

From your screenshot I could identify that the error in the "Start an approval" action in your flow not the switch case.

Please share a screenshot or more details about the "Start an approval" action in your flow so we could provide a proper workaround for you.

    Regards,
    Alice Zhang
