Default with Submit help please

Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could help.

I have a three questions that need to be answered on a daily basis, which are currently in a radio button of yes and no (but could change to dropdown etc if needed)

There is a submit button which patches to SharePoint. 

Is there a way to submit a default answer daily, like "Answer Not Given" for example, if no one answer has been given,  so I can tell when it hasnt been answered? Currently it will just say whatever was chosen the day before

    Can you please share how you view the results and what your data source looks like? In case somebody answers the questions, is a new entry created in the data source or do you overwrite it?

     

    Assuming you have a deadline before which the answers have to be given, you can include a condition that the feedback shouldn't be older than 24 hours, otherwise "Answer Not Given" should be displayed.

     

    Alternatively you can run a scheduled or instant flow in Power Automate that "resets" your DataSource.
