Hi, I need to copy a file on Sharepoint, but I can only find a template that copies a file when it is created. I don't want that, I just want to copy it on a Sunday evening each week. How can I do that please. I can't risk changing this file under any circumstances that's why I just want to copy it please help me find a template that will do that please?

    Hi there,

You can create a flow using the "Schedule" trigger and set it to run every Sunday.

Then just use the Copy File action, and point it to where your file currently is, and where you'd like it to go.

This is where I'm getting stuck, I can do the schedule bit, but trying to actually copy the excel file on Sharepoint is beyond me, I was expecting just to put in a url to copy from and a url to copy to, but it's asking for file locations, which I don't understand. If this was just on a linux server than that would be simply, but the Sharepoint thing is really confusing

When you create the Copy File action, and point at a specific tenant, you can then click the folder icon and browse to the specific file. You can also use a variable instead, like /filepath/excel.xlsx if it will change each time.

The same is true for where you copy to - you can use a variable if it won't be the same place each time.

    There's a very good step-by-step here.
