Hi All,

It would be great to help me in the below scenario:

I have a sharepoint list which contains 3 columns. I need to validate the domain before sending the email to them.

In my list has internal and external domain (Microsoft is internal and gmail is external)

How to validate in flow? I'm not able to select the 2 columns , I'm trying for concat of 3 columns of (primary, delegate and additional) but its not working

Do a similar condition statement for each column and in the yes side of each condition do an append to string variable action to build the approver email list.  Then use that to send the approval.

Whenever the status value is active and i need to check those 3 columns (primary, delegate and additional email id )is the internal and external

    i used

    concat(items('Apply_to_each')?['EmailAddress'],items('Apply_to_each')?['DelegateEmailID'],items('Apply_to_each')?['AdditionalRecepient']) contains
concat(variables('varInternalDomain'),variables('varexternaldomain')) but my condition is always goes to false
    here is my run:

    Hi Pstrok1,

    Thank you for response.

Instead of checking the domain validation in flow, would be able to validate in sharepoint list

Eg: my lists of the columns only allowed 2 domains (@microsoft and @gmail) rest of the domain should never accept

I wouldn't do it that way since it will depend a lot on how the data gets entered. Validation in SharePoint is probably only going to apply to things entered through the SharePoint UI and may not apply if data is entered through Power apps or another flow.
