Power BI Dataset refresh issue - 'Refresh_a_dataset' failed

Hi,

I am using a free trail account to testing the flow with power bi dataset refresh. I use manual trigger by inputting the report name to trigger the refresh. Actually I have input the exact report name, the dataset cannot be refreshed based on my input string, the error details are as follow:

And I am very sure that my connection account to the power bi has sufficient permission and the input string is exactly the same as the name of the power bi report.

From the documentation the dataset field requires the unique dataset id, which may be different than the string you are using. Can you please confirm you are using the dataset id?

Hi @murshed ,

Thanks for your quick response. You are correct, if I input the dataset id, then the flow can be run successfully.

However, it is inconvenient for users to input the long id string, do you have any methods so that the user can input the report name and then the power bi will be refreshed based on the report name?

But how do I input the dataset id in "Dataset" field. Is there an expression?
