How to do for AI Agent calculates with Excel in sharepoint as a Source Knowledge

Hi everyone

I hope you doing well

I want to build an AI Agent in Copilot Studio, let me to get like answer a calculate based in some columns of an Excel uploaded in a site sharepoint and used as Source Knowledge, which are the steps follows for achieve it. How would be the prompt, or what should i keep in mind

    So essentially, you would
     
    1. Create an Agent Flow that opens the excel file and returns back the data. This will return it to any Topic that calls it
    2. Create a Topic
    3. Add in your Trigger Phrases
    4. in your Topic, select to Add a Tool
     
     
    Here you can select your Existing Agent Flow
     
    You would then capture the Outputs in variables 
    Lastly you would add a Send Message action to the topic to send back the response, where you can use the Variables created in the step before
     
    1. Topic Calls Agent
    2. Agent Responds with values
    3. Values are added into Variables
    4. Topic responds with a custom message including the Variable values.
     
    Thats what you have to do, but thats too much to write here.
     
    If you can take the steps above and try to build it and come back, happy to help you where you are stuck.
