Unable to delete a solution as it apparently does not exist? any solutions to this?

Makes no difference, somehow it's stuck, i simply can't delete it / deactivate it.

I guess that link is kinda similar... but it still doesn't present any real solution as that problem linked was never resolved, further to my current issue it looks as though the "Flow" attached to the powerapp created by dynamics has an issue as shown in the attachment, if i could somehow fix that "Flow" i'm guessing it would resolve the issue.
