I am trying to configure Send Email with Options to get a response from a user, but when the flow runs, no email is sent to the user, but it still returns a response as if the user selected one. It's also not always returning the first option, it randomly picks any of the options as a 'response'. Has anyone experienced this same thing?
I haven't experienced that myself. Can you share a screenshot of your flow setup and one of the flow runs? This way we can troubleshoot what is happening and try and find a root cause.
