Use AI Builder in Power Automate for desktop

During power automate for desktop -build 2303 release, MS has announced that 

  • Power Automate for desktop now introduces a new action for Azure OpenAI Service in gated public preview, enabling makers to create text with GPT and use this AI model directly through desktop flows. But I don't see those functionalities in my PAD(v2.43),

    I'm able to see the AI Builder action in Preview, check below screenshot for your reference
