Create or Update List Item in a Public Facing Site

Is it possible to create or update an item in a list in a SharePoint Online public facing site?

 

When I try add the url I get the follwing error:

{"error_description":"Exception of type 'Microsoft.IdentityModel.Tokens.AudienceUriValidationFailedException' was thrown."}

    Hi,

     

    Public site in SharePoint online is now served by third-party providers and I think this is the reason why it is not available in flow now.
