Flow still running but turned off! It's sending continuous emails but I don't know how to stop it.

I've turned off a Flow that sends an automatic email to customers when their request has been recorded.  However, it still sends repeated emails to the customers and I don't know what else to do.

    If you have turned off the Flow then it should not send emails.

     

    Can you check if another flow is sending emails?

     

    Another way to Turn off the flow.. Perhaps this Turns off the Flow.
