I created a Flow from Template - Start an Approval when new Item is added in Sharepoint.
Problem is, Approver receives 3 emails, whereas it should be only 1.
Flow is builded correctly and runs without error messages.
What can be the root cause?

Can you please post a screenshot of the flow? Can you go to the flow run history and check how many times the flow has run (that way it would help us better understand and see if the flow was triggered multiple times and see the root cause of this)

The Flow is pretty big. Do you need screenshots of all steps? This is the screenshot of an Approval Item.
Could you please tell me, where I can see information how many times the Flow was running.
Yes. can you post all the actions? You can see the run history to check how many times the flow has run.

According to your description, I have started the flow from the template.
However, the issue you mentioned didn’t occur.
Only when an item is created, an approval email will be sent out.
Do you have any other flows that have the similar configuration?
Please check the run history of the flow for each trigger.
