Encountered internal server error messages and can no longer see flows

Flows suddenly disappeared and I receive messages in the following format when attempting to view my flows.

Encountered internal server error. The tracking Id is '9376d976-0724-4568-af72-e2c75a990572'.

Of course, the tracking ID changes each time. There doesn't appear to be any way to request actual support for this service, which makes it very difficult to actually consider it for real use. Anyone else having these problems?

Same here. Quite frustrating, as I was in the middle of a build when it happened. I AM glad, however, that it's not just me. I thought maybe I broke it somehow. Smiley Very Happy

Edit: I will note, however, that I tested my flows using triggers and they are still working. I hope this is the same for you all.

Unfortunately, all of my triggers are time-based or manually triggered via item selection in a SharePoint list. I can say that selecting an item and then visiting the Flow menu in SharePoint does not display any of my flows, suggesting that the mechanism used to populate that drop down and "My Flows" may be the same. I cannot create new flows and now, when attempting to view or create a new flow from SharePoint, I am getting a permissions related error.

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this, but the issue has no progressed to an "Authentication Failed" page with some session ID information. I am not having any difficulty using any other Office 365 services, nor are any of our Azure AD SAML integrations having authentication failures so I suspect there is something wrong with Flow?

I'm now getting a page showing the following message, which is much worse.

Flows are loading now. No idea why, suspect Microsoft will not tell us, but hope they do.

    Hi @fiedlertodd,

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

I afraid that Microsoft is restart the server when you meet the issue, and the problem is solved now.

    Best regards,

    Alice
