Power automate

Hello there,
I need a solution to my problem on power automate.
I explain, I have set up an approval flow on several levels, here is the process
- when an item is created in the sharepoint list power automate generates an automatic number for the new item and at the same time an email is sent to the first approver.
Only the generation of the auto number is slow and so the first approver receives a null value (0)

- I want the item number to be created first before and then the mail sent with its number.

If someone has a solution! I am open.

    @242Flow

    Here are two ways to resolve our issue:

    • Add a delay action before the start and wait for an approval action.  It can take up to 5 minutes for a Flow to start.  So, I suggest adding a 6 minute delay
    • Another option might be to eliminate the Flow at generates the automatic number and performing those steps in this Flow before the approval action.

    @ScottShearer The second option suits me perfectly and how do I set it up, also where can I set the time?

    @ScottShearer  I accept as solution your second proposal to make generates the automatic number directly in this flow and it's working perfectly see the snapshots below1.JPG2.JPG
