How to sort Powerapp gallery by newest item inputted?

Hi,

My Powerapp works fine but I'd like to sort the items based on the last inputted item that was filled out. Every time I input the item it is sorted to a random place on the screen instead of as the newest. I want to sort by new to old. Someone help pleasee. Here is what I have so far.

The 'Financials Happy Thursday' was the last thing I submitted but it should be on top, not second to last. I think this has to do with the fact that I don't have a title column anywhere in my powerapp. "Bee Movie Script", "Ratatouille" and so on have a value of ThisItem.'Impact Headline'. I don't think it should matter though because all I want to do is sort by last created item.

Also when I try to reverse sorting, it doesn't work at all. Does this have something to do with the fact that I didn't use (I hid it) a Title data card?

Hi @supercavo1336,

If you want to keep the sort order icon, you can simply swap "Title" with "Created".

If you want the newest record to always appear first, we can remove the sort icon functionality and change everything starting from "Title"... to:

... "Created", SortOrder.Descending))
