Multiple authorid on sharepoint element using power Automate

Hi,

 

I need to know if it possible to set multiple authorid on sharepoint element, i know how to change authorid to another user, but i need two users to be author at the same time:

 

as you can see i have here authorId 11 and i know how to change it to different one, but is is possible to have something like:

AuthorId: 10, 11, 13

this is my flow but this work only when there is one author/editor

    Hi @lukasz2 ,

    No, it's not possible. You should have to create a new column in the SP Library, and this column could be a person or a group (but it would be a different column than AuthorId).

    @fchopo  so is it possible to assign group as a authorid ? , i mean create somhow group which will have one authorid but there will be several users in this group

    Hi @lukasz2 

    As you can read in the following document: Working with lists and list items with REST | Microsoft Docs AuthorId field only allows a single Int32 value.

    So it's not possible to have multiple values in the AuthorId field.
