SQL server bigint trucated on Execute Query - HELP

Good morning/evening,

 

I am using flow to capture and analyze tweets with Azure SQL Server.   TweetID is defined as a big INT.

 

Using Execute Query TweetID (1294329502269612000)

is truncated image 1, but using SQL Server Studio Tweetid ( 1294329502269612034) is correct.   Help?

    I have constructed a similar JSON data and tested this. It is working as expected.

    Flow did not pick up the schema change to the database over the weekend.  Very frustrating.  Thank you for your help!
