How to create a power automate flow to count number of records in a table after a refresh

Hello. 
 
My Power BI Refresh is having intermittent issues, whereby its not always returning the full data set. 
How can i create a power automate flow to query the dataset to do a count of the records in a table?
 
I also have the same issue with a DataFlow, can i use power automate to run query against a dataflow to do a count of records in a given table after a refresh?

    ROW("RecordCount", COUNTROWS('YourTableName'))

    unfortunatley not. We dont have that value stored in the flow anywhere
