How to make align table in approval action using markdown

Currently i already create table in approval action body using markdown like this sample:

But what my client expected is to be like this:

Please give some advice how to create that table using markdown language

    @CFernandesi already try this way

    create header for table:

    mursalra0516_0-1634800731008.png

    then use this to populate the data to table:

    mursalra0516_1-1634800830153.png


    but the result still like this:

    mursalra0516_2-1634800877186.png

    is it possible to set column width using markdown in approval action?

    @mursalra0516 Hey Mate - Just did a quick test and table border do not showup in the email. I will experiment and get back to you with my findings.

    @CFernandesfinally i only use 3 column and the table already align but not using comment as column
