My automation flow using "Send email with options" was working perfectly until yesterday, but now suddenly throws an HTTP 400 error when a user tries to submit a response. I haven't made any changes to the flow. The webhook callback (@listCallbackUrl()) and response variables were functioning fine earlier. Could this be due to a service-side issue or expired callback URL?
If you didn't change anything, and data didn't change and end points etc, then I personally suggest opening a Ticket.
