Condition is not working, tried to build with co-pilot, condition should be if the uploaded file on onedrive is a pdf file then its true but if it is not a pdf file it is false.

Please go to classic designer and re-add the 'name' dynamic content, this is a bug caused by a bug in the new designer.

You may not have noticed that there is a body before the dynamic content in the 'To' of your two Send an Email (V2). This will cause a reference error, so your recipients are displayed as empty.
Please delete these two dynamic contents and re-add.

Unfortunately, the current Power Automate cannot dynamically identify the person who uploaded the file, and your request cannot be realized yet.
If you want the trigger to include this dynamic content, please create an idea in below forum so that others who have the same requirement can vote on it:

Also I want to tell you that you directly make the File Name dynamic content from the When a file is created trigger which will return an encoded string. You can add a get file metadata control to get the real name of the uploaded file.
