Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am getting an error when using Office365Users.UserPhotoV2("<othermailaddress>").
When using my own mail address it works fine, when using another one, it throws an error:

I have created an organization dictionary some time ago and it worked in that way.
Any idea on that error?
