Open Notepad and print username typed in PowerApps.

I have a PowerApp in which user type there name and then on click of the button a cloud flow which will send approval to a user and once approved it will start Desktop Flow which will open notepad and print the name which user typed in PowerApp.

I have created the app and the cloud flow but as i am new to Desktop flows i need help to open Notepad and print the name there.
