Hi guys,

I'm having the following problem using a SharePoint knowledge base that has some .aspx pages. When I ask a question that contains answers on these pages, the bot is not assertive Would you have any solution about this content?

Following the flow:

This is the Conversational Boosting topic, where I've added to my knowledge base.

This is the SharePoint link with the .aspx extension.

This is the page that should return the query data with the names of the group members

The question
who are the members of the vp governance organization?

Answer
I'm sorry, but I don't have access to specific information about VP governance organization chart. To obtain this information, I recommend contacting the company directly or consulting official sources, such as the company's website or corporate reports. Can I help you with anything else?

Ensure the data on the .aspx pages is structured in a format that can be easily consumed by the bot, like tables or lists. If the content is dynamically generated or designed using JavaScript, this might make it difficult for the bot to access the content directly.

You could use the SharePoint API to query the content of .aspx pages or related document libraries in SharePoint. This would allow the bot to retrieve relevant information by directly searching for content related to governance or group members.

    Thanks.
