How to submit a form into a sharepoint attachment excel sheet

Hello everyone!

 

In need some help to make my app work with attached excel sheets in sharepoint.

 

In my app, I'm using forms and I need the forms to submit the form data in the attached worksheets, filtering them by ID, there will be in every sharepoint line a attached excel sheet called Base_Dados.
