I have created model-driven app in sandbox environment and shared with a internal user, he gets
app.97d1b2e0f6b3c595a42132f5819e6f1c.js:28 [storage] Error Messages:
1: Entity 'appmodule' With Id = ff52bf4d-49f9-ed11-8f6e-000d3a85d7c1 Does Not Exist

Then i deleted the app and re-created it with a different name and with the same entity, but the same error is displaying in the developer console, and cant load the app,.

does this happen to anyone?

You are able to open the same link as the System Administrator but not the internal user who got shared access to the model-driven app, is that the case?
If the user is able to access any other model-driven apps, I guess the problem is with sharing the app.

Yes, you are correct, I will accept the answer, but I have one another question, I have cloned the basic user role and done some customizations and assigned it to the internal user, and shared the app by assigning that role, then the user gets this error, but when I share the app as System Administrator user role, user can access the app without any error, why is that?

After you've done some customisations to the cloned role, what is the Read privilege for the model-driven app in a new role? It should be at least User level to see the shared model-driven app.
