I am looking to set up a Microsoft Flow to send out emails at set points, on creation, at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days from a SharePoint List is this possible with the run duration set in Microsoft Flow?

Flows can run for a maximum of 30 days.

You can use the "When an item is created" trigger to send an email when the item has been created.

You might consider creating a Flow with a Recurrence trigger that runs daily to send the other emails.  When the Flow runs, it can loop through your list looking for items that meet your criteria (30 days since creation, etc.) and take action as appropriate.

Please post here if you need an example.

    Hi @ JohannaM,

Do you want to create a flow to send emails at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days from a SharePoint List is created?

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently. The trigger when an list is created in sharepoint is not supported in microsoft flow currently,so you couldn't create the flow to send emails at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days from a SharePoint List is created.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
