Using the Adobe Acrobat Sign connector action "create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature".
My goal is to have a text field for signers to input text. In the advanced options of the action there is a form field name/value. How could I add a text field to the agreement?
I do not think you can use the fields on the screenshot to achieve what you want.
I think you need to add the specific text you want into the document using a text tag. And any text you want to add should come from a SharePoint list as that is the way I do it.
You will need to generate the document first before you use the step in the screen shot.
