Sync Two SharePoint List Online with same column name

Hi All,

 

Really need you expert guidelines, how to Sync Two SharePoint List Online in the same time.

 

I already build this flow but nothing happen after that. No update action and no create action after the condition Yes or No.

 

I really need community expert in Automate to help regarding this. Below example on the Power Automate:
