Unable to configure sharepoint document libraries with CO pilot studio

We are trying to establish a connection between Copilot Studio and Sharepoint, to extract the information from files stored in sharepoint document library.
 
We are refering to the below mentioned MS document reference to set up the connecttion with sharepoint.
 
 
Further we tried to follow the steps mentioned in the below youtube link even though we are able to configure a connection successfully, it’s not able to retrieve information from the documents stored in sharepoint.
 
 
Support will be much appreciated ..!!

    Also make sure in API permission, you have provided permission for
    • Sites.Read.All
    • Files.Read.All

    Can you let us know what kind of documents are being used inside SharePoint source. Mostly Word and PDF is recommended.
     
    It is PPT or Excel, sometimes Copilot finds it hard to provide the response.
     
    Also please let us now if you receive any error or just no response?
