I sent a copy of a workflow to a coworker under the same domain as me but when he clicks on the link contained in the email, he gets an error "We couldn't find or load the template" and "Sharing with this AAD user failed because auto-creation of the user failed. Please manually create the user in Dataverse and try again".
What can I do to send a copy of a workflow to a coworker so he can create his own instance with his own connections?
The error simply means that you have not added that person to the Dataverse environment specifically and given them the roles and possibly the license they need.
Since its trying to "auto" do it for you and cannot you get the error.
Make sure the user exists first and then share with them.
